Verisurf expands CAD/CAM-based metrology software with Verisurf 2025

Verisurf Software has unveiled the new Verisurf 2025. Providing CAD/CAM-based metrology software to its users, the software builds upon the Model-Based Definition (MBD) with new features and optimised workflows for inspection, reporting, reverse engineering, tool building, and guided assembly.

The software is designed to optimise the users’ experience and the execution of workflows. Verisurf’s software interface reflects the application modules seen in a Windows ribbon bar, ensuring that users are familiar with the display and how to use it.

Key features of Verisurf 2025:

  • Allows users to take advantage of 5-axis CMM technologies with its no-code 5-axis path planning, which allows for quick and flexible processes whilst ensuring accuracy.
  • Powers all Renishaw 5-axis probe systems and all REVO’s sensors.
  • Utilising a 5-axis probe system for inspection, the solution improves productivity.
  • The number of operations and fixturing is reduced, with no need to change probe orientation.
  • Less movement due to the 5-axis behaviours and the head’s infinite positioning capabilities.
  • Cycle times are reduced by up to 3x with limited uncertainties.

Verisurf software can be used in various environments including in quality labs, on the shop floor, or out in the field. The Verisurf 2025 software can power all measurement and hardware devices like CMMs, arms, scanners, trackers, and all contact and non-contact Renishaw REVO 5-axis sensors.
