senswork has unveiled its ZScan Easy system. Designed to enable 3D inline measurements of battery modules, the solution aims to enhance the quality assurance levels of prismatic and cylindrical battery cell modules during production.

Lithium-ion battery production, specifically for electric vehicles (EVs), is a complex process that involves high material and energy costs. Optimising reliability and economical production when it comes to waste is very important. Pouch, prismatic, and cylindrical cells are all used in EV production, with senswork’s new solution focusing primarily on the latter two.
