Oqton Build Quality suite.
Oqton has been working with EOS to improve the tight integration of its Build Quality suite to the EOSCONNECT Core. The software provider’s platform allows for the production of high-quality parts and processing repeatability with a quicker time-to-market.
By fully integrating the Build Quality suite with the EOS software, full end-to-end traceability of additively manufactured parts will be achievable, with high-quality assurance standards met.
Key features of the Oqton Build Quality:
- Utilises image, sensor and AI technologies to prevent, detect, and help correct any defects in the manufacturing process.
- Designed to improve metal powder bed printers.
- Reduce costs by ensuring minimal material use and wastage.
- Encompasses 3DXpert Build Simulation, Manufacturing OS Build Monitoring, and 3DXpert Build Inspection to monitor the manufacturing process.
