IN-VISION has unveiled its latest high-precision solution for optical systems which work with structured light. HELIOPORA combines enhanced flexibility with precise exposure and is capable of resolutions down to 300 nanometres.
“Imagine a UV-light projector that exposes structures with the highest precision ever seen and enables you to analyse what was exposed at the same time,” said Florian Zangerl, CEO of IN-VISION.
The optical systems manufacturer claims its latest launch is ideal for custom-built lithography and biotechnology applications, with a specific focus on cybergenetics and optogenetics research. This is because high-resolution imaging and accuracy are essential when analysing genetic data and biological structures.
Key features of the HELIOPORA:
- 2K native resolution.
- Image size from 0.5mm to 5mm diagonal.
- Combines the ability to tackle a wide range of objectives (from 300 nm up to 160 um), with the accuracy and reliability of an industrial UV light projector.
- Up to 16W power in the work area.
- Limited distortion and uniform illumination with the addition of an industrial projector.
- Changeable wavelengths can be achieved by using differing appropriate light sources.
- Fibre bundle-coupling compatibility.
- Modular system.
- Support from IN-VISION R&D during implementation.
