Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale SA has announced the adoption of Delvitech’s Aton 3D AOI system. Chosen to enhance the Swiss electronic manufacturer’s SMT production line, the move also reaffirms its commitment to providing high-quality electronic products.
“At Adolfo Juri Elettronica SA, we have always believed in the power of innovation to deliver superior results to our clients. The Delvitech Aton 3D AOI system is another step in our journey toward production excellence,” said Alessandra Juri Zanolari, CEO of Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale SA. “This advanced AOI technology ensures we remain at the forefront of precision manufacturing, allowing us to deliver our products faster and more efficiently, all while maintaining the high quality our clients have come to expect.”
The Delvitech solution is designed to improve production accuracy by automating inspection processes of electronic assemblies and detecting defects early in the production process. Combining high-speed, high-resolution image processing and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, the Aton 3D AOI system can detect soldering defects, component misplacements, and other potential issues. This should allow the user to reduce waste and minimise reworking.
In terms of Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale SA, adopting this system will allow the company to speed up its time-to-market, reduce production costs, and enhance quality assurance levels. With Delvitech’s neural network training, the inspection of highly complex elements not accessible for traditional AOI systems is now possible.
“We are honoured that Adolfo Juri Elettronica Industriale SA, a key player in the Swiss electronics industry, has chosen Delvitech Aton AOI to enhance their production capabilities,” said Roberto Gatti, CEO of Delvitech. “This partnership is a testament to the strength of Swiss innovation and excellence, and we are excited to support their continued success in delivering high-quality solutions to the market.”
