Creaform has launched the next generation of its 3D scanners, the HandySCAN BLACK+|Elite. Additionally, the automated and portable 3D measurement supplier has also performed a complete overhaul of its HandySCAN SILVER and HandySCAN SILVER|Elite systems. These latest launches aim to enhance the user experience and offer improved levels of precision.
Key features of Creaform’s HandySCAN BLACK+|Elite:
- Enhanced levels of accuracy with the Accu+ Kit.
- Optimised volumetric accuracy of 0.020mm+0.015mm/m.
- Greater scanning measurement volume with Flex Volume.
- Adjustable scanning distance from near (200mm) to far away (700mm).
- VDI/VDE 2634 part 3 and ISO 10360-based sensor acceptance test certifications, providing quality assurance.
Since redeveloping the SILVER Series, Creaform has found it to be a transformative tool in product development. Now, these systems offer an improved ergonomic design, versatile scanning capabilities, and enhanced usability features. The 3D measurement specialists also claim that this series provides the best value for money, with advancements from the BLACK Series and compatibility with the new Automation Kit.
