IMTS 2024 Machining Cell Booth 134742 Caron Engineering.
Caron Engineering has announced its intention to showcase automation, process control, and tool monitoring technologies at IMTS 2024. The smart manufacturing solutions provider is also set to unveil new capabilities for its TMAC (Adaptive Tool Monitoring System, AutoComp), automated tool wear compensation software, at the show. Additionally, the company will also introduce its latest automation solution, MiConnect Technology.
The MiConnect system aims to streamline connectivity and control capabilities across the devices utilised in a machining cell to provide total control of the user’s process from a single interface. MiConnect contains a selection of pre-built manufacturing devices (CNCs, robots, gauging devices, and many more), as well as the ability to fully customise operations to control any type of manufacturing process.
In addition to the previously mentioned technologies, Caron Engineering will also be exhibiting a fully automated production cell with a Fanuc Robodrill that features two Fanuc cobots, a MiJet air-actuated parts cleaner, Fowler CMM, and an automated ID thread gauge.
