Acculogic updates its FLS980Dxi Flying Probe
Acculogic has expanded the capabilities of its FLS980Dxi Flying Probe test system. The new features come as a result of the newly designed flying oscilloscope probe module, providing automated oscilloscope probing. Now, precise and efficient testing of printed circuit board assemblies is possible in a much-reduced time frame.
The testing system is customisable and easy to adapt to fulfil specific testing requirements. With the new module, users can configure probes for unique board layouts or to accommodate densely packed components.
Key new features of the FLS980Dxi Flying Probe:
- Improved bandwidth.
- Dynamic input range.
- Small, compact design.
- Ability to connect up to eight single-ended probes simultaneously.
- Probing within 1mm between multiple probes.
- Allows the user to test components as small as 01005.
By using an oscilloscope in a flying probe test system, users can see improved levels of accuracy and depth of testing, particularly regarding electronic components and assemblies. Reduced test time, precise signal capture, enhanced fault detection, parametric testing, automation and efficiency benefits are also available to users of these devices.
The newly enhanced FLS980Dxi can measure a wide range of signals, making it an ideal solution to test complex PCBAs like motherboards.
