Creaform has unveiled its new service centre located in Reynosa, Mexico. The 3D measurement solutions provider hopes that the new facility will help the company further consolidate its position as a highly-rated global manufacturer in quality, service, and after-sales.

Through this grand opening, Creaform is hoping to send a message of support and autonomy to its customers located in Mexico. With the new facility, the company aims to provide quicker turnaround times when optimising system performance levels, lower shipping costs, and facilitate the customs process for its customers. As well as the lowering of shipping costs, Creaform hopes the number of occasional shipments of products to Creaform’s headquarters in Lévis, Canada, will also be minimised.
Additionally, the new facility will allow Creaform experts to be able to provide a variety of services, including shipping and local system calibrations for its HandySCAN 3D, HandyPROBE, and MetraSCAN 3D systems. The 3D measurement solution provider’s customer base will also benefit from optimised handling costs and better control over the return merchandise authorisation (RMA) process.
